About Vectorspace

Vectorspace Ltda. is a Brazilian company registered in November 2013 (CNPJ 19.198.267/0001-63), headquartered in Sorocaba, São Paulo. We have been in the business of turning information into useful work for more than a decade.

We started as a traditional technology consultancy, helping companies build better internal tools. Over the years, we saw the same problem again and again: teams had plenty of knowledge, but it was scattered, outdated, and inaccessible when people actually needed it. Support teams answered the same questions a hundred times a month. New hires could not find the document that would unblock them. Customers gave up before reaching the answer.

When large language models became reliable enough to sit between users and documents, we built Vectorspace Managed — the product we wish existed when we were still doing consulting.

Knowledge is a compounding asset. A knowledge base that has been curated for three years is dramatically more valuable than one at three months. The work of structuring, maintaining and improving it is the real value — not the technology that queries it.

AI is a tool, not a product. The large language model is not what makes Vectorspace work. It is a piece of infrastructure, the same way a database is. What makes a knowledge base useful is the content and its organization. That is where we focus.

Managed beats self-service, for the right customer. Every company has limited attention. The teams that come to us have decided that maintaining a knowledge base is not their core business, and that they would rather pay a specialized team to do it than build an internal capability. That is a sound decision and we respect it.

Transparency over polish. We tell customers what went wrong when something goes wrong, what the real limits of the service are, and what is in our stack when they formally ask. We would rather lose a deal to honesty than win it to fine print.

  • Small and focused. A handful of people, each responsible for the full picture of their customers. No ticket queues, no handoffs between departments.
  • Proactive monthly cycle. Every client gets real human curation work each month. This is not “support on demand” — it’s planned, scheduled work.
  • No lock-in by design. The contract includes clear exit terms and a transparent buyout. If a customer decides to leave, we help them leave. We believe this makes us work harder to keep them.

We are headquartered in Brazil and serve customers in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Customers outside Brazil are contracted under the same terms, in USD. Our widget is accessible globally, on any website, in any region.
