How much does Vectorspace cost?

One plan: USD 500 per month (or BRL 2,400), on an annual contract. Paid upfront with a 2-month discount, or in 12 monthly installments.

Is there a free trial?

No. Onboarding a knowledge base takes real human work — we read your content, structure it, fill gaps, and tune the assistant’s behavior. That work is included in the annual subscription but cannot be given away as a trial.

If you are on the fence, what we can do is a 30-minute discovery call where we look at your content, estimate the scope, and show you working implementations from existing customers. No pressure, no obligation.

How long does onboarding take?

Between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on how much content you have and how organized it is. Clients with well-maintained documentation have launched in under a week. Clients starting from scratch might take slightly longer.

What do I actually have to do?

Three things:

Give us access to your existing content (help center, documents, internal knowledge)
Appoint a point of contact who can answer occasional questions
Spend about 30 minutes per month on the proactive curation review

That is all. You do not install software, configure prompts, run syncs, or manage content pipelines. That is what we are for.

What if my content is a mess?

That’s the point. We sort it out. Most customers come to us with content scattered across help centers, Notion, Google Docs, PDFs and internal wikis. Our job is to consolidate, clean and structure it.

How is this different from ChatGPT, Intercom Fin, or other AI chatbots?

Those are self-service tools. You pay for software, and you are responsible for content quality, prompt tuning, and maintenance.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every project has a dedicated, isolated knowledge vault. Your content is never mixed with other customers, never used to train AI models, and never accessed without permission.

We are LGPD and GDPR compliant, with signed DPAs for every customer, documented incident response, and 48-hour notification commitment.

Can I cancel? Can I take the knowledge base with me?

Yes to both. Cancellation within the first 12 months has a proportional fee (the lesser of 3 monthly fees or the remaining installments). After that, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

If you want to keep the knowledge base we built for you, there is a transparent buyout formula starting at USD 7,500 after 1 year, capped at USD 37,500 after year 5. Your source content is always yours, free of charge.

Will the assistant make up answers?

No. Vectorspace is built specifically to avoid hallucinations: answers are grounded in your actual content, with source citations on every response. If the question cannot be answered from your knowledge base, the assistant says so clearly.

This is both a feature for users (who can trust the answers) and a feature for you (gaps become visible, and we fill them in the next monthly cycle).

Does Vectorspace capture leads or do marketing automation?

No. That is not what we do. The widget is designed to answer questions, not extract contact details. We are a knowledge-base company, not a marketing-automation company.
