We are not a tool. We are a service.
Section titled “We are not a tool. We are a service.”Most AI chatbot products on the market are self-service. You sign up, paste content, configure prompts, iterate. You are responsible for content quality, prompt tuning, evaluation, and keeping things up to date over time. If the bot gives bad answers, it’s because your configuration is bad.
Vectorspace is the opposite. The entire point is that you don’t do any of that. We do.
Compared to self-service chatbot platforms

They work well for teams with dedicated content and AI ops resources.
