How it works

Vectorspace is a managed service. You don’t run commands, you don’t install software on servers, you don’t manage content pipelines. We do all of that.

The five steps, from first call to production

Section titled “The five steps, from first call to production”

A 30-minute conversation. You tell us what kind of knowledge you have, who will use the assistant, and what questions are most painful today.

You give us access to whatever you already have: help center articles, PDFs, internal documents, product pages, training materials. We accept anything. There is no format requirement.

This is the part that makes Vectorspace different. We don’t just dump your content into a vector database. We organize it, find gaps, fix inconsistencies, write missing pieces, and turn it into a coherent knowledge base through a managed curation process—not a quick ingestion script.

One line of code goes on your website. The widget is an isolated chat interface that answers questions based on your knowledge base, with source citations. Optional: WhatsApp, or an internal Desk interface for your support team.

We continuously review usage, spot gaps, ask you a few clarifying questions, and improve the base. Your knowledge base gets better over time without becoming another system for you to operate.

A typical setup takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how much content you already have and how much curation it needs. For clients with organized documentation, we have launched in under a week.

  • A point of contact who can answer occasional questions
  • Read access to your existing content
  • About 30 minutes per review cycle for the decisions that require your context

That is the entirety of the work on your side.
