How it works
Vectorspace is a managed service. You don’t run commands, you don’t install software on servers, you don’t manage content pipelines. We do all of that.
The five steps, from first call to production
Section titled “The five steps, from first call to production”1. Discovery call
Section titled “1. Discovery call”A 30-minute conversation. You tell us what kind of knowledge you have, who will use the assistant, and what questions are most painful today.
2. Content collection
Section titled “2. Content collection”You give us access to whatever you already have: help center articles, PDFs, internal documents, product pages, training materials. We accept anything. There is no format requirement.
3. Structuring and curation
Section titled “3. Structuring and curation”This is the part that makes Vectorspace different. We don’t just dump your content into a vector database. We read it, organize it, find gaps, fix inconsistencies, write missing pieces, and turn it into a coherent knowledge base. This is real, human work — not a quick ingestion script.
4. Widget installation
Section titled “4. Widget installation”One line of code goes on your website. The widget is an isolated chat interface that answers questions based on your knowledge base, with source citations. Optional: WhatsApp, or an internal Desk interface for your support team.
5. Monthly proactive curation
Section titled “5. Monthly proactive curation”Every month we review usage, spot gaps, ask you a few clarifying questions, and improve the base. Your knowledge base gets smarter over time. You never do this work yourself.
Timeline
Section titled “Timeline”A typical setup takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how much content you already have and how much curation it needs. For clients with organized documentation, we have launched in under a week.
What we need from you
Section titled “What we need from you”- A point of contact who can answer occasional questions
- Read access to your existing content
- 30 minutes per month for the proactive curation review
That is the entirety of the work on your side.
