One plan. No tiers.
The plan
Section titled “The plan”USD 500 per month (or BRL 2,400 per month for customers billed in Brazilian reais), on an annual contract. Paid upfront with a 2-month discount (10 installments instead of 12), or in equal monthly installments.
That is the headline price. No separate setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-seat licensing.
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”- 1 project: one dedicated knowledge base
- 100,000 tokens of indexed content (roughly 150-200 help articles, or 10-15 technical PDFs, or 80-100 polished FAQ entries)
- 10,000 interactions per month (question-answer pairs through the widget or Desk)
- Widget + Desk + Dashboard: all three interfaces included
- Unlimited proactive curation, monthly cycle
- Automated weekly base updates
- Structured onboarding
- Email support, 1 business day
Extras, paid only if used
Section titled “Extras, paid only if used”- Additional tokens: USD 80 per 100,000 tokens
- Additional interactions: USD 80 per 10,000 interactions
- WhatsApp Business add-on: USD 40 per batch of 1,000 answered messages/month
No surprise bills. You set caps in the dashboard and we alert you before anything goes out-of-plan.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”For customers with multiple projects (think 10+), high interaction volume, custom integrations with ticketing systems, or corporate SSO: we offer Enterprise contracts with scope and price tailored to the use case. No public price — we quote by conversation.
No auto-renewal price hikes
Section titled “No auto-renewal price hikes”The monthly price does not adjust annually. What you sign is what you pay for the duration of the contract and its renewals, unless both parties explicitly renegotiate. This is deliberate: we do not believe in quiet year-over-year inflation.
Early termination
Section titled “Early termination”If you cancel before 12 months, the termination fee is the lesser of 3 monthly fees or the remaining installments. If you are in month 11, you pay one month and leave. Simple.
Taking the base with you (buyout)
Section titled “Taking the base with you (buyout)”You can buy the structured knowledge base from us at any time and host it wherever you want. The price grows with maturity, capped at year 5. Details on the buyout page.
