One plan. No tiers.
The plan
Section titled “The plan”Vectorspace Managed costs:
- Setup: USD 1,200, or BRL 7,200 for customers billed in Brazil, charged once. It covers initial discovery, knowledge-base structuring, configuration, and launch.
- Managed service: USD 500 per month, or BRL 3,000 per month for customers billed in Brazil, billed monthly.
There is no annual plan, annual prepayment, minimum term, or per-seat licensing. BRL prices use a fixed commercial conversion of BRL 6.00 per USD 1.00 and do not fluctuate automatically with exchange rates.
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”- 1 project: one dedicated knowledge base
- 100,000 tokens of indexed content (roughly 150-200 help articles, or 10-15 technical PDFs, or 80-100 polished FAQ entries)
- 10,000 interactions per month (question-answer pairs through the widget or Desk)
- Widget + Desk + Dashboard: all three interfaces included
- Unlimited proactive curation, monthly cycle
- Automated weekly base updates
- Structured onboarding
- Email support, 1 business day
Channels
Section titled “Channels”Vectorspace can deliver vetted knowledge through WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Buzz, web widgets, mobile apps, and custom agents.
Channel pricing varies by integration and demand.
Extras, paid only if used
Section titled “Extras, paid only if used”- Additional tokens: USD 80 or BRL 480 per 100,000 tokens
- Additional interactions: USD 80 or BRL 480 per 10,000 interactions
No surprise bills. You set caps in the dashboard and we alert you before anything goes out-of-plan.
Large operations
Section titled “Large operations”We don’t have an “Enterprise tier” with pricing quoted behind closed doors. If you need more projects, more content, or more interactions, you multiply the base unit — the per-unit price is the same for everyone. Corporate SSO, direct integration with your ticketing system, or a formal availability commitment are added as services, scoped transparently — never as a price you only discover later.
Price changes
Section titled “Price changes”Any change to the monthly price or unit prices requires express written agreement and applies only to future billing periods.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid. There is no minimum term, early-termination fee, exit fee, or further monthly charge.
Taking the base with you
Section titled “Taking the base with you”It costs nothing. There is no buyout or exit fee. Your source content is always yours, and on exit we hand over the structured base (curated articles, taxonomy, project configuration) as a usable export at no additional cost.
