Cancellation and export

Vectorspace is billed monthly with no minimum term. The setup fee is paid once; after that, customers stay only while the managed service creates value.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by written request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid. The current month is not prorated or refunded, and no further monthly charges apply.

There is no minimum term, annual commitment, early-termination fee, exit fee, or usage condition for cancellation.

The base goes with you — free

On exit, for any reason, you can request a usable export of the structured knowledge base at no additional cost: curated articles, taxonomy, indexed documents, and your project configuration. Delivery within 30 days of the request.

The export is a snapshot: from the moment it leaves our continuous curation, it starts going stale naturally. But it is yours to host wherever you want.

Your content is always yours

The source content you provided (articles, PDFs, documents) is always your property and can be exported at any time, free of charge, in standard formats — whether you stay with us or not.

No buyout or exit fee

The one-time setup fee—USD 1,200, or BRL 7,200 for customers billed in Brazil—pays for the initial discovery, structuring, configuration, and launch work. Because that work is paid separately, cancellation does not create an onboarding balance, buyout, or exit fee. You stay because the managed service is worth it, not because leaving is expensive.
